Every CR-V trim features advanced front airbags as well as side curtain airbags with a rollover sensor system designed to deploy the side curtain airbags if a rollover is detected. Plus, it has SmartVent side airbags, which are designed to deploy in a manner that mitigates the risk of injury to out-of-position or smaller occupants.

Driver Attention Monitor

Engineered to help drivers recognize when their attention to the road is becoming diminished, this features uses an angle sensor to measure the degree of steering-wheel corrections by the driver to maintain a proper lane position. If it senses too much correction activity, it will notify the driver to take a break.
