Henley Honda Response to COVID-19

To our customers,
Our team at Henley Honda would like to provide you with an update on our response, preventative measures, and commitment to you moving forward. We’re following the lead of Canadian Public Health Authorities at this time, to continue to work together to keep our customers, staff, and community members healthy. Future decisions about closing our dealership for health reasons will be made in collaboration with Public Health, Niagara Region.
Here are some of the ways we are protecting our customers, staff, and the community at Henley Honda:

  1. Additional cleaning staff have been added, and cleaning routines will be adjusted to ensure that all high use touchpoints like handrails, door handles, desktops, cars, etc., are cleaned and sanitized with greater frequency;
  2. Custodial staff will take extra care to ensure regular replenishing of foaming hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper products at Henley Honda;
  3. Cleaning service equipment, tools, computers, and common meeting areas will occur at a higher frequency;
  4. Hand sanitizer is supplied for our customers, staff, and the community and we’re continuing to work with vendors to keep the supply stocked;
  5. Enhancing the cleaning of our showroom, and cars;
  6. Distributing health information from Niagara Public Health;
  7. Encouraging staff to stay home when they are ill;
  8. Cancelling large gatherings that are organized by Henley Honda such as meetings and events;
