Introducing the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback

We’ve already heard from the hardcore Honda Civic fans out there, and it sounds like you are all just as excited as we are about the newest addition to our lineup, coming this fall: the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. For the first 30 years of the Civic’s existence, “hatchback” was almost synonymous with the model, but in 2005 the Civic hatchback disappeared. So, you can all understand that with the new model scheduled to arrive this fall at Henley Honda, we are stoked to see this hit our lot soon.

Manual or Automatic? It’s up to you!

One of the things that people are most excited about when it comes to the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback is that it is available in both a 6-speed manual or CVT with the standard 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine. On top of that, you’re looking at either a 174 horsepower in the LX, EX, and EX-L trims or 180 horsepower in the Sport and Sport Touring trims.

Like the ninth-generation 2016 Honda Civic Sedan and the 2016 Honda Civic Coupe models, the tenth-generation Honda Civic series, including the Hatchback, you’re getting a wide range of great new Honda technology. The 2017 Hatchback includes options of the HondaLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and the Honda Sensing suite, like the Collision Mitigating Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
