Friendly and cheerful

Received a call from Erin two weeks ago informing me of some incentives and an opportunity to upgrade to a brand new 2019 CRV. It is now in my driveway… It was such a stress free experience… Erin took me for a test drive, explained all the details and set things in motion. He then turned me over to Sean to discuss financial details and that was it… Both gentlemen are a pleasure to deal with. I also want to mention that everyone who sits at the front reception desk has always been friendly and cheerful and always ready to direct me to where I need to go. Thanks to all!
